TheSimply Dental Plan provides financial help, in the form of cash back, towards NHS and private dental expenses such as check-ups, x-rays, fillings, crowns, dentures and anaesthetic fees. It also provides dental insurance against the cost of emergency treatment and treatment required following an accident. In addition, policyholders (who must be aged between 18 and 69) can receive a one off payment if they are diagnosed with primary mouth cancer.

Upto four resident children under the age of 18 can all be covered for £2.50.

Simply Dental Plan covers:

• Both NHS and private dental care
• 100% money back towards bills for check-ups, x-rays and investigations, up to your annual limit
• 75% money back towards scale and polishing fee, up to your annual limit
• 50% money back on bills for dental treatment, including crowns and white fillings, up to your annual limits
