Oasis Healthcare, one of the UK's biggest healthcare chains, has boosted its portfolio with the acquisition of four dental surgeries in Norfolk.
The company ended its financial year by purchasing surgeries in the towns of Dereham, North Walsham, Hull and Fareham for an undisclosed fee - taking its UK network to more than 160 dental practices .
Grahame Cox , the firm's marketing director, said: "Oasis is committed to expanding its network to give as many people as possible in the UK access to high quality dental care and customer service. "
"Our team has been working round the clock to finalise all the details and this is an indication of the level of commitment and support the dentists and their patients will get from being part of Oasis going forward," he added.
The flurry of deals, which were completed within the space of seven days, were facilitated by Natalie Wade, an associate at UK law firm Mills and Reeve.
"We had a very tight deadline to deliver all the deals in one week and in fact we managed to achieve four in just one day," she commented.
The move comes after directors of the firm's parent company, Duke Street Capital Oasis Holdings, said in an annual report that they intended to continue a policy of "rapid growth through both acquisition and organic growth".
